the good doctor.

with a tight smile, macfarlane reached out to pick up the usb. he already knew precisely what would be in these photos: judging by what he’d heard about where the body had been found and what sort of condition it had been in, it was one of his, and he was, of course, already intimately familiar with what he’d done to the corpse. organs, bones, and tissue harvested for the black market, flesh cut away to feed animals — it was little wonder they couldn’t identify the woman. if you have the time to stay, i can take a look at them now and give you my opinion. it will save you a trip back.

that’d be much appreciated. thank you, doctor.  it will be the last time, he convinces himself, the last time to look at the photos until he brings the culprit to justice. he settles behind the doctor, with a pad in hand, ready to take notes.  i have my own suspicion of why they’ve disfigured the victim ––– but the organs. that ––– the police wasn’t so helpful with.

mr finch !!

@lawyr

after the release of atticus’ biography, it became quite
apparent that he grew quite notable, which seemed to
contradict his typical humble attitude. it took a while for
him to get used to the abrupt amount of acclaim coming
his way, as he had been so adapted to a modest, poorer
lifestyle that it was foreign. however, he never would of
known that being so lionized would allow him to become
a mentor for those other than his children.

frankly, atticus was rather excited to become acquainted
with his mentee (despite that he hardly knew anything
about him, rather than his last name)
; it was such a new,
strange feeling, becoming that of a guide for another person.
and hell, meeting him face to face brought a small, soft grin
to pull at his lips.

‘ atticus beom –– sir, it’s an honour to finally meet you. been a fan since i was little ! i bet you hear that a lot –  they’re burst of words rather than a full sentence, though it is a miracle that he is even able to form words in the first place in front of his childhood hero. every last drop of blood seem to have been simultaneously filled and drained from his head, reverting him back to his childhood. his face can barely contain the excitement: lips fidgeting, fighting a smile until he gives in –– pursed lips lift upward, to reveal an odd dimple.

‘ you might need to excuse me. i think my legs are threatening to form themselves into dance moves. i still can’t believe you’re here– and i’m here

Q. WHO IS ATTICUS BEOM ?

A. "For one, I'm not a do-gooder. It embarrassed me to be classified as a humanitarian. I simply take part in activities that I believe in!
